Summer Traps Behind Weight Gain and Bloating

Your biggest enemy in summer: ice cream or the open buffet?
Both. Both are enemies, but both can easily become friends. At the open buffet, it is control that matters. As for ice cream, if it is made from milk, goat’s milk for instance, rather than from syrups, it is fine.

Iced coffee or late-night hunger?
Late-night hunger.

Which is riskier in summer: the holiday or being with friends?
Being with friends. One says “eat”, another asks “why aren’t you eating?”, and a third says “come on, let’s eat”.

And if we are on holiday with friends?
Then it is the combo.

Being with friends, the beach, or “I’ll start tomorrow”?
“I’ll start tomorrow” is the riskier one.

The problem we all share in summer: bloating or ice cream?
Ice cream. But we all get bloated; that is a fact too.

Eating out or loss of control?
Loss of control. We can stay in control when eating out as well; but once control is lost, there is nothing left to do.
